Garlic Cheese Bombs

Ingredients
1 can of premade biscuits (10 pieces) (any type will work, I used Country Style)

20 cubes cheddar cheese (1/2″ x ¾” x ¾”) (approx 4oz total)

3 tablespoons butter

1 clove garlic, crushed

⅓ cup parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons dried parsley
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut each biscuit in half and slightly roll out (don’t worry about it being round). Place a cheese cube in the middle and wrap the biscuit dough around the cube ensuring the edges are sealed. Roll in your hands to make a ball shape.

Place butter & garlic in a small bowl and melt in the microwave about 12 seconds. In a separate bowl, combine parsley and parmesan cheese.

Dip each rolled biscuit into the butter mixture and then into the cheese mixture. Place on a parchment lined pan.

Bake 10-12 minutes or just until browned.

Blueberry Croissant Puff

Preheat oven at 350. Cut up 3 large croissant and then add 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberry.

Mix 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup milk, 8 oz cream cheese and 2/3 cup of sugar.

Pour over the blueberry and croissant mix.

Soak it over night (or not). Bake 35-40 min.

American Goulash

1 lb of ground beef, 1/2 of large onion, green pepper, pasta and 1-2 cups of shredded cheese.

28 oz of diced tomatoes and 15 oz of tomato sauce

Cook the three ingredients with garlic powder, pepper and salt.

Add the cans of tomato and simmer for ten while preparing the pasta.

Serve with shredded cheese.

Pecan Apple Cake

Phillsbury biscuits.

Layer thin sliced apples (thicker layer and possibly peeled)

  Layer pecans

Pour caramel sauce (1/2 cup butter, 1 cup packed brown sugar, 1/4 cup milk boiled then 1 teaspoon vanilla)

Bake for 20 min at 375 degrees

Sweet and Spicy Chicken

Cut the chicken to bite size (flat not so much round). Marinade them with soy sauce, doobanjang or hot chili paste, cooking wine, ginger, sugar and egg for 30 min.

Fry each piece coates with potato starch. Then in the same oil, cook onions or other vegetables like different color peppers. Serve with the sauce.

Sauce – Sriracha, mayonnaise and sweet syrup.
